Focus On Your Weak Spots: A Thought from Cleve, Rusty & Shane

This is a quick take from a 2 Year Old Western Pleasure Clinic I was blessed to be a part of this spring.

The clinic was supposed to be live but we learned very quickly that like horse training… live video is hard to do without a good connection (sorry that was a bad joke! but true though!)
It’s been quite a journey but that clinic has now turned into a members only site for people serious about improving success in the show pen.

There is a ton of wisdom in these clinics and I’m so glad to be able to share it with you! This clip is multiple, multiple Western Pleasure World Champions, Cleve Wells, Rusty Green & Shane Dowdy discussing focusing on your weaks spots to improve your confidence. Enjoy! And please let me know what you think! If you like it please feel free to share it with others, as this clip will probably not be posted on you tube.

All too often people just go and ride their horse not even realizing they have a weakness in some area.
What the guys are saying is very important if a rider is to improve their abilities and become more successful in what they do with their horse.
Take the time to ask your trainer what are the areas that you first need to improve in, do not just go for a lesson each week and hope you will get better… It all takes time and work!

    Great clip Jen..
